And also democratic country that upholds sovereignty people, this certainly inseparable from problems then arise by people and sovereign government, namely an act which carried out person or group to overthrow government commonly known crime. treason. In Indonesia, crime treason something often happens considering country. So purpose research find provisions investigation perpetrators policy criminal law against Indonesia. This study uses normative juridical method. it has been explained Criminal Code, article 104 Code concerning treason, case, explanation related objective subjective elements so some on applicable policy, can be used adjust committed perpetrator.
